Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PlasmaCore's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PlasmaCore provides lead generation services through targeted social network advertising and advanced prospect identification. Our services include:

• Lead identification and qualification
• Social media advertising campaigns
• Search engine marketing
• Prospect targeting and audience development
• Campaign analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Search Advertising: $40 per qualified lead
• Social Media Advertising: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Targeting: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service agreement. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a refund for that lead.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience information
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of lead information

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the PlasmaCore platform remain the property of PlasmaCore or its licensors. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlasmaCore's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

10. Compliance and Legal Requirements

All advertising campaigns and lead generation activities comply with:

• CAN-SPAM Act
• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
• GDPR (where applicable)
• Platform-specific advertising policies
• Industry best practices and ethical standards

11. Modifications to Terms

PlasmaCore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
